This Chrome extension does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.
The extension operates only on YouTube pages and allows users to manually select an area of a video frame to extract visible on-screen text.
All processing, including image capture and OCR (text recognition), occurs locally within the user’s browser.
No data is sent to external servers. No analytics, tracking tools, or third-party services are used within the extension. The extension does not access browsing history, background tabs, or unrelated websites.
